Seat with intent

Every party gets a real table, every time.

Assignment isn't optional, by design.

When a guest checks in, you scan their QR code and pick a table from the ones you've configured, grouped by area. Only then does the event open.

That eliminates phantom seatings, confusion about where guests are, and double-bookings. Every event in service has a table behind it. The diner tells you up front whether they want indoor, outdoor, or either. Infants are counted separately so you know who needs a high chair or family seating.

Pace the night

Turn time is set the moment the booking is made.

The booking's duration does the pacing for you.

Every reservation carries a duration the guest chooses: 1, 2, 3 hours, or open-ended. That duration holds the table and tells you when the seat should free up again.

Available slots recalculate from the table's duration, the current time, and your closing time. The next guest is only offered a slot that actually works. You pace your night without doing the math mid-rush.

When the night shifts

Move a party, or hand them over, without breaking the booking.

Service is never static. So re-seating and re-staffing are a couple of taps, and the booking carries everything with it, untouched.

Re-assign a table mid-service

Tap the table on the event and pick another from your available tables. The party moves instantly, with their order and details intact. The table they're leaving simply frees up.

Transfer to another waiter

Hand an event to a colleague when sections change or a shift ends, so the table always has someone clearly responsible for it.

Indoor and outdoor in one view

See your tables grouped by dining area, so terrace and main room are managed from the same screen rather than two mental maps.

Not a standalone tool

The table is where the whole evening happens.

Table management isn't a separate screen. The table you assign threads through ordering, kitchen prep, and the bill. Nothing gets re-keyed, nothing is lost.

Good questions

Table management, answered.

Where do my tables come from?

From the tables you configure for your restaurant. When you seat a guest you pick from those, grouped by your indoor and outdoor dining areas. Diners can request indoor, outdoor or either when they book.

How does turn-time pacing actually work?

Each booking carries a duration the guest chooses: 1, 2, 3 hours, or open-ended. That duration holds the table and drives when it should free. Available slots recalculate from it, the current time and your closing time, so over-runs aren't booked over.

Can I move a party once they're seated?

Yes. Open the event, tap the table, choose a different one. The move is instant: the booking and order come with them. The old table becomes available again immediately.

What about an open-ended table?

A guest can book "Not Sure" for a sitting without a fixed end. The table shows as open rather than on a countdown, so you keep flexibility for the bookings that need it.
